Back to being the in house caterer for Gourock Golf Club, after leaving ten years ago… where I first started and where I’ve come back in late 2024… look out for the menus and special theme nights when they appear
I came back with the plan to simply manage with chefs but I have now revised my role as head chef and back in the kitchen on a more hands on basis, Kayley [restaurant manager] will be on hand to deal with an enquiries or any specific dietary requirements
