I opened a Fusion Brasserie on Nelson Street, Largs in November 2015… strictly reservations only and with no advised menus, it was simply a set three or four course menu, start with a trio and end with a trio, a private venue with select wines, unfortunately I closed the premises due to rising rates in 2024
