I opened a Fusion Brasserie on Nelson Street, Largs in November 2015… strictly reservations only and with no standard menus, it was simply a set three or four course menu which changed regularly, start with a trio and end with a trio. A private venue with select wines, unfortunately I closed the premises due to rises and reasons in 2024
