Corn fed chicken on the bone stuffed with haggis and baked, with chefs potatoes & vegetables with a peppercorn sauce served separately

Smoky king prawn & chorizo salad

Served on an iron skillet - with a side mixed leaf salad with spiced cous cous and chickpeas

Pork schnitzel

Breaded and battered loin and cooked in garlic butter, served with spaghetti and chefs vegetables and an arrabbiata sauce

Thai salmon broth 

Poached salmon in a Thai broth served on top of egg noodles

Chilli beef burrito

Scotch steak mine cooked in a combination of herbs and spices stuffed a tortilla with rice, topped with cheese and oven baked

Corn fed chicken marinated with my home spices and served on a cast iron skillet with chicken wings and a spiced cous cous and rice stack with a cucumber and yoghurt dressing and a spicy asian slaw
