Braised duck leg

Slowly braised with red wine, a combination of herbs and a red wine jus

Traditional balmoral chicken supreme

Corn fed chicken on the bone stuffed with haggis with a peppercorn sauce served separately

Handcut Scotch sirloin steak

Cooked with garlic butter and served with either a peppercorn or blue cheese sauce (supplement of £5)

Scotch steak meatballs oven baked in a light spiced tomato sauce with eggs on top and oven baked; served with spicy cous cous and chickpeas

Poached salmon in a Thai broth served with egg noodles in the bowl
